Combination of cardio and weights is the best :) And yoga is perfect, because you will get stronger and lose weight too :) Eating right is very important of course. Don’t forget to drink water! It seems that you are on a good way girl :) I don’t have a place to practice hot yoga here, I’m jealous now :( but thank you so much, you’re nice :)
